Thank you for visiting Listing Planner, an online real estate manager that helps to keep track of listings for yourself or your entire office! Using basic listing information provided by your MLS, this web application allows users to manage listing and seller information, view and schedule appointments for anyone in the office, and generate basic reports to help keep track of all of your listings.

Listing Planner is currently serving customers in Arkansas who use CARMLS MLS system. We are interested in expanding into other MLS areas, so if you are interested, please see the contact information in the About link above!

4.4.08 - Scheduler Logic Modified

Effective immediately, the Scheduler page will only allow listings that are in status 'Active', 'Taking Backup Offers', and 'Under Contract'. All others will no longer be accessible from the Scheduler page. These will still be accessible in the Agent view for reporting purposes.
