What is Listing Planner?
Listing Planner is a subscription based online scheduling and listing management tool. It allows for a user or an office
to keep track of contact and scheduling information for all of their listings. The subsription cost is based on the number
of active users in the office and ranges from under $30 for offices of 5 or less and caps out at $200 for an office of more
than 50 users.

- Online Scheduler - allows users view/schedule appointments for any office listing including status for unverified appointments
- Contact Management - including contact information for both Sellers and Agents as well as special instructions
- Basic Reporting - generate reports at the agent of office level
- Client Report - instantly generates scheduling reports for client including accepted AND declined appointments
- Email Notifications - emails sent to showing agent and listing agent for each appointment scheduled
- Post Appointment Survey - survey link sent out with each appointment scheduled allowing showing agents to provide feedback
- Nightly Data Pulls - data pulled from MLS system nightly with new listing information
